RETURNS & EXCHANGES
OSOK Apparel is committed to ensuring that our customers have full confidence and satisfaction with our products. To that end, we are happy to facilitate returns for exchanges under the following conditions: all return requests must be received by OSOK Apparel within ten (10) business days from date of delivery, and all items exchanged must be unlaundered with tags still in place.
We will be happy to exchange it for an item that fits correctly. Contact us via email explaining your situation and we'll provide you our return address with instructions. Simply pay to return the item(s) unlaundered, tags attached, with a note requesting a size exchange so we can fulfill your request.
Yes, we will meet you halfway. You cover the cost to ship the item back to OSOK and we will gladly afford the shipping for your newly requested size. We want to ensure customers enjoy the size, fit and feel of the apparel they purchase from us, as we take pride in our products and want you too as well.
Return and Exchange Policy
1.) Any merchandise returned to OSOK Apparel for exchange MUST BE RETURNED IN AN UNUSED, UNWORN STATE. OSOK Apparel will not process any exchange of merchandise that has been worn, washed or had the tags removed.
2.) The only returns we accept are exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds as we are a new startup company with limited resources and funds. Our products are manufactured of the highest quality materials available and every product undergoes quality assurance inspections. We anticipate that customers will be thoroughly satisfied with their purchases. However, we do look to incorporate a ten (10) day return policy in the near future as we grow into a larger company.
3.) If you wish to exchange a purchased item, OSOK Apparel will be happy to facilitate your request, within the following parameters: merchandise can only be exchanged for merchandise of the same design in a different size, and any merchandise you wish to exchange must be returned to OSOK Apparel within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery, unused/unworn, and with all the applicable tags in place. A note detailing the desired exchange must be provided with the return package. OSOK Apparel will not be responsible for the cost of mailing exchanges back to our facility however, we will cover the cost to re-ship your new item(s).
